Mod to snow theme ?

How would I add the words ask a question to the snow theme like it appears hear at top ?

I was referring to adding the words ask a question to the default snow theme, I was going to go get the extended snow theme, But for some reason my account no longer works and when you go to register they want just a little to much personal info...

Never mind something was not working for some reason and I did not see it, I got it fixed now thank you...

It's an ask box widget. I think that's what you are looking for??? If yes then you can activate from Admin > Layout > Ask Box click on add widget link and set position where you want it to appear.
