Can't get into the Admin moderate folder

Question

I have Super Administrator priviliges and I can't get into the Admin/Moderate folder.  I have no problem getting into the General, plugins or any other Admin folder.  What is the problem here and how can I correct it.

What exactly is the problem? Do you get an error message?

I'm getting the error below on the browser, all browsers give the same result

Anyone has the answer or is experiencing similar issue.  Basically as a Super Admin I can view every folder or tab under Admin but the moderate tab gives me a browser timeout.   Not getting a response from the server, on a trace it shows that the server is resetting when I click on the tab, but all other tabs work fine.  How are these tabs defined?
