Warning: Cannot modify header information error message on admin

I get the following error messages on admin pages:

I guess you are translating Q2A in Norwegian. Did you save language file with BOM? You should edit PHP source with text editor such as notepad++.

Actully solved the problem, but still I think that the Q2A should not be depended on using Notepad++.
I usally just use Windows Notepad.

The problem is not one of Q2A - it is a php problem. PHP does not expect a BOM  char at the start of a PHP file.
