my custom header code in admin is incompleted, and has caused my layout to mess up.

 

i can't make any changes as whatever i do, the next page puts a really long URL in my browser, and gives me an error page this URL is too long.

 

i can't do anything in admin, can't restore layout to default settings, or even take question2answer down for maintence

 

how can i change the custom header / restore the previous before this happened?

If you do not have access to the admin panel than you can remove your header custom code from database. For more details please provide your site URL and your code you added for custom header.

First remove your long code from here and post here http://pastebin.com/ make sure you select expiry for 1 month.
