i am getting this error...

Fatal error: Cannot unset string offsets in /home/public_html/mywebsite.com/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1452) : eval()'d code on line 91

i get this error message when 

1. i selected a best answer to a question.
2. i closed/oe flagged one question

i have made some minor changes to different files according to my needs.Now i unable to figure out what might be causing this error.other than this the website just works fine.

can someone help me solving this error or which files can i just update to make it work fine.i have checked qa-app-format.php file,and i have nott changed it..

Any help  will be appreciated.

it gives he error with he close option and best answer..

This will be happening inside the code for a layer, on line 91. So you might want to check for that line in the files you have modified within plugins.
