Is there a way display the title and body together in the ask form?

I mean the ask form page can be on step？Not input title first, and input body text after.

Hmm weird, I swear there was an option for this but I can't see it in the admin section. The only one I see is "Check for similar questions when asking" which turns off an interim step.
