Adding wordpress categories on Q2A page

Question

Hello,

1) How can I add the toolbar of cetagories from my wordpress blog: http://mikycomputers.com. So it will be on the Question2Answer site as well: http://mikycomputers.com/qa

If a user goes from the blog to the QA site he can't go back - how can I put the categories' toolbar at the top part of the QA site as well?

2) As well how can I change the target of the logo on the QA site to point to my main wordpress site and not to "/qa"?

And in addition to: 1). - How can I implant the pages toolbar also, inside question2answers pages.
