WYSIWYG Editor v1.1.1 saves text in incorrect charset

How do you do, dear friends.

I have a problem with WYSIWYG Editor. My question2answer site is in russian. WYSIWYG Editor v1.1.1 saves russian text in incorrect charset like this "Привет". But if I turn off WYSIWYG Editor and turn on a simple editor, russian text is saved in database correctly.

I really do not know what the reason is. Can you help, please.

Hello! Problem is solved. Plugin "Q2A-SEO-Links-master" caused the incorrect charset. After uninstallation the plugin, problem disappeared.
