Design shop that specializes in Q2A? I need a custom theme

Can someone please recommend a design shop that can create a custom theme for me? You can see my site at http://www.prepqa.com

I love this software and I have pretty good programming skills. But I need someone with better design (CSS & HTML) skills than me to take my site to the next level. I am open to hearing from people that want to make a recommendation on a design shop or present me with a bid.
