Editor timeout problem

Question

If user is working an answer in a 3-5 minutes time period WYSIWYG Editor does not respond at the end. Inexperienced users tend to leave the site. Is there a solution for this?

I have never come across the time out problem per se but upgrading to the latest version fixed many other problems which the current Q2A ckeditor has. thanks

As for your time, it is abnormal. You should investigate a cause definitely before changing latest editor. How did you judge the loading of the editor to be late? In addition, clarify Q2A version and editor type (e.g. default CKEditor, CKEditor4, Markdown, other) which you use.
