Why does the CKEditor Used in Q2A Look Different From The One Used In The CKEditor Demo?

Hello Folks, 

I was taking a look at the CKEditor Demo page earlier today and saw that the Editor demos shown there look pretty neat. Given that Q2A uses CKEditor as well, why does it not look the same? PLease see this picture below:

Default Q2A is older than in that Demo page, you can download newer version plugin by sama55 here http://www.question2answer.org/qa/26643/update-plugin-ckeditor4-v1-1-3?show=26643
