No database upgrade prompt

Question

I have been trying to upgrade from 1.5 to 1.6.2. I have copied all new files to the server and then opened the site's admin page. But there was no database upgrade prompt (as described here). My site is working as usuall, so here are my questions:

• How can I check if my site is upgraded?
• If it isn't, how can I make it to upgrade correctly?

Confirmation of source file version:
Admin > Stats > "Question2Answer version" : Correct value = "1.6.2"

Confirmation of DB version:
Admin > Stats > "Q2A database version" : Correct value = "56"

But, it is strange that database update prompt was not displayed. You should confirm that qa_userlevels table exists in your database with phpMyAdmin.

OK, both values are correct. And also I have userlevels table in my database. This is a little bit odd...
