how can i show categories in side panel all pages

hi,

I made a category list but I can see it only a main page.
when i click another link (ask , favorites, users etc.) category list doesn't show.
how can I shown category list at all pages?

For example;

This is my main page, i can see categories at sidepanel.

 

when i click any link at menu bar. (hot, unanswered, ask. etc) see a this page;

This movement is specifications of Q2A. Category widget is not a thing displaying category items simply. It is related closely to core program and it changes by the kind of the page. It is, so to speak, a part of the core program of Q2A. Therefore I think that plugin to change the placement of this parts does not exist. When you want to display simple category list, it may be necessary to make another plugin.
