get error in install Best Users per Month plugin

hi i want to install mention plugin in title but i got this error :

i;m going to install facebook login and i got this error message too

 

please help me?

i changed directoy permission to full access but it didnt work

Then the error is not connected to the plugin, please change the title of your question.

As the error message says, make sure you have the file qa-install.php

in folder: /home/insentence/public_html/qa-include/

also check your settings in htaccess.
