Update Plugin: Closed Site (V1.3)

I developed "Closed Site" plugin. This plugin supports default 3 theme (Default / Candy / Snow). It can easily support third party theme. You can build closed site without changing theme file.

You can see detailed information.

[V1.3] : Support FlexArmor2 and Q2A V1.7 (SnowFlat)
[V1.2] : Support FlexArmor1
[V1.1] : Add redirect feature.
