I want to use this as counselling form for my site
what i need is admin asks questions to individual users
and the users will answer the questions which will be only visible to admin/staff and the specific user
For example
q:Are u a chain smoker ? (for all user or a group of users)
a: (each user will type the answer and the next question will be different for the users to get the required info for counselling)
So each should have his/her own Q&A section where admin/staff can edit/post asks question and user answers and the discussion will go on between the user and the staff/mentor
