I installed q2a on the root folder of my site (I use share hosting).
I set it in a way that if someone post a new question - it will NOT be published before I approve it.
It worked fine for a few months...
But this morning I found out that a new question is published on my site although I NEVER GOT EMAIL NOTIFICATION ABOUT IT NOT APPROVE IT!!!
Can someone help or give me a clue of what is going on here?
