q2a mail script was hacked ?? !!!

Question

My hosting provider suspended my account because q2a mail script is sending mass spam emails !!

I changed the admin pass.

I disabled the feedback form.

But the script still sending emails ?

How the bots access the script how is this possible?

Any idea ?
