I am developing a website where users asks questions about their private health.

They need to get a private answer from an expert

how can I implement Q2A to do that?

 

I have not yet installed Q2A

i would appreciate an answer since I need to implement the Q&A system soon.

The main purpose of q+a sites is to share answers to common questions. Making the answers private would defeat that.

Perhaps you should make all questions anonymous instead.

However, if you really want  to do this you could create a plugin that makes answers visible only to the author and the user that asked the question.
