I want to show my category widget as a list of category widget

just like http://frageee.de/

Please anyone guide me.

I hope my question is not clear. What I mean to say is that the default categories  are showing in the heirachy format. but I want to show it as an list which is shown in this forum also.

Anyone please guide me. Thanks
