Do not receive Admin Email Notifications

My site = www.83answers.com

I am using admin + plugin

I have checked options Email this address when an answer/comment/question is posted

But I am not recieveing an email when an answer or comment is posted.

I am on a dedicated server for email quota is not issue.

Can someone help?
