Admin not receiving Email when a new question is posted

Hello Experts,

Admin is not recieving email whenever a new question is posted on the forum. I have also checked the option of "Email this address when a question is posted" under the Mailing tab.

I have also checked the spam folder. Any suggestions on this ??
