Could not send email notifications

Question

Here is the error I have.

I use SMTP account to send emals. Is that something related to the firewall?

Hi lyxhaven , it seems an issue with your SMTP settings . Which SMTP provider do you use .
Could you please share your SMTP Settings here . So that we could cross check . (Dont need your username or password :P  .. Just host and port and SSL settings required )

yes. here is my SMTP setting:
SMTP server address: mailhost.domain.com
SMTP server port: 25
SMTP secure connection: none

For these two check in your Cpanel for correct values . If you have a mail server provided by your service provider then I dont think you need these SMTP configurations . Crosscheck once with costumer support guys .
SMTP secure connection:  select SSL one .

Then try again .
