Please help solve the problem of not receiving activation emails for new members

All emails are not sent and are sent back to my email

I tried the local mail and SMTP server and it doesn't work either

I updated the version of PHPMailer and it doesn't work either

Q2A version: 1.8.8

There are many reasons why an email server might be flagged as a spam source. Nothing to be done from a Q2A perspective. Fix your server and setup the appropriate DNS records or get a trusted paid SMTP server

As the error message clearly states, the mail is sent perfectly fine, but then discarded by the receiving mailserver because it's been perceived as spam. That is not a problem that could be resolved by a software update.

The mail has a link to a support article. Go to that article and follow the advice there. If that doesn't help, contact the person responsible for the upstream mailserver and work with them to get your host whitelisted.

Nobody here can troubleshoot this for you.

Yes, I have reached out to them. However, the message text needs to be adjusted to sound more like a human sending messages.

These messages are generated automatically by the system. I am unsure how to modify the system to address this issue.

The purpose of these e-mails is to provide relevant technical information, so that tech people can troubleshoot the problem. Trying to make them "more human sounding" is basically guaranteed to make them less useful to tech people without making them any more useful to the average consumer. Leave them alone.

They can't. Bouncing registration e-mails are *your* problem to solve, not the problem of the person trying to register an account. If the registration e-mails get rejected by the server your Q2A server is submitting it to: talk to the operator of that server and fix whatever makes them perceive your e-mails as spam. If the registration e-mails are submitted from your Q2A server to a relayhost (usually a mail server run by your hosting provider), and then rejected by the next hop *after* that relayhost: tell the operator of the relayhost to talk to the operator of the next hop server about the problem.
