OK mark of neat_urls(clean_urls) setting of V1.0.1

Question

In my environmet, OK is not displayed to top of two choices.
But, two choices that OK is not displayed work definitely both.
The phenomenon is the same regardless of setting of RewriteBase of .htaccess.

My environment)
Uniform Server [4.3-Mona]

The [OK] is a very strict test based on a difficult URL with lots of special characters. It is quite possible that most URLs work fine on your system, but the [OK] is not displayed because there is a risk that some pages (with unusual tags or usernames) would not work.
