I think the issue here is the theme is not really respecting the "Columns on Tags page" setting that can be set in admin/lists.
Theoretically, each of those triplets of tags you have should be just one row. So, in your case, you would see 10 rows with 3 tags each, if you have set the "Columns on Tags page" to 3.
Try changing it to 2 or 1 for a quick fix.
