Just wanted to share some interseting stats.

I have set up a new domain with wordpress + q2a. q2a is more active with some questions while wp is just getting build. However google is altready sending traffic to wp part while it is not able to index half of q2a part. I dont know the reason but thought of sahring with community?
What is the site? Maybe there is a problem with the Q2A installation or robots.txt or something?

I checked your site and the Q2A section is indexed just fine (try searching site:yoursite.com/qa/ in Google). It's probably just that it's fairly new and doesn't have many links to it, so it's not coming up on Google searches. You just have to be patient.

My point was this that wp and q2a were set up at same time on domain. However content from wp is getting indexed and Google is sending traffic but q2a which has got more content is not
It's not about whether or not your content is being indexed , DisgruntledGoat said it's being indexed just fine. It could be the content on your WP page is more popular than the Q2A content that's being created.
this is a possible explanation.
