How to change "Your question in one sentence" string

When a user ask a question the top of the editor says Your question in one sentence:

I would like to be able to customize this and make it display something different. What file can this be edited in?

It'll be one of the qa-lang-*.php files. http://www.question2answer.org/translate.php

I did go through all the language files but I just could not find that line "Your question in one sentence" anywhere. If someone know the exact location please let me know. Thank You
