How do I make the Mobile skin code work exactly?

I put the mobile skin code in the skins directory and it recognized the skin. I assumed that in order for Q&A to detect mobile devices I need to put the "Plug in" in the plug in directory. Moving the plug in to the plug in directory simply didn't do anything except make my ability to access the plug in page from the admin panel impossible.

That mobile plugin is useless at the moment... it's just a shell waiting for a mobile theme.  I'm putting one together now; if anyone wants to help, they could send me a mobile device to test it on ;)
