Mobile theme: how do I disable a few major tabs?

I'd like to simplfy access to the site on mobile browsers by limited the functions accessible to the client. What's the best way to do this? I'll try n modify some code if needed, but I need some pointers.

If this isn't possible via the 'Pages' tab of the admin panel, you can use CSS - look at the HTML code and add a {display:none} rule for the appropriate classes in your CSS file.
