Let's say I wanted to pre-phrase a question that would apply to every single user who asked a question on the site. For example, every question would begin with "Why" and then the user fills in the question form. So every question posted would read, "Why blah blah blah". Is this possible to do? If so, how? Thanks!!!!!!! For your help.
