Removal of empty advertising spaces on the site

Hi. The places I show in the photo on my website are empty. Ad plugin does not show ads in these parts. It shows in other parts. There is also empty space between the questions and at the bottom. How can I remove gaps? How can I adjust the width of the top menu?

I will be glad if you help.

use google absence?

I don't know what is Google absence. I use google adsense ads for ads.

He most likely meant AdSense.

I also meet his issue
I think this is caused by google ads display strategy not the QA ,as this issue occurred in most of my site not only QA
