There is no "who can view anwers" option on Administrations/permission page

There is a option that who can view questions permission but there is no "who can view anwers" option on Administrations/permission page.

But it is premium and I dont know is it updated or not.

The only reason for controlling the visibility of answers that I can see is that you want to make access to answers a premium feature. In which case it seems only appropriate that this requires a premium plugin, wouldn't you agree?
