FS In List Ads and QNumbering Plugins are not working together

Question

When I'm using both the plugins FS In List Ads by Fazley Sabbir and Question Numbering Plugin by Arjun Suresh together, only the QNumbering Plugin is working.

But when I'm using both plugin one by one both plugins are working fine.

The q_list is overridden in question numbering plugin without calling the base version. So, if this gets called before the Ads plugin, the second override won't work. I'm not sure there's a proper way to specify order for plugin loading.
