How does the Sender's email work in Q2A?

Question

When we install the q2a code on our host, we are required to enter the Senders email address in Emails page of Admin panel for users to receive conformation link and notifications.

So, are we supposed to register a professional email for website before entering it in the email section?

And how does the email process work.

Normally the server running the website should have an email server running as well. If myexample.com is the webserver, admin@myexample.com will work as the email if admin is a valid user or alias on the server.

Otherwise you can use SMTP and use any email provider.
