Major features needed for Q2A

There are always new things needed for any forum. But the below ones are the major ones required for Q2A as of now

1. Onsite notifications - We do have a plugin for this by Q2Apro but a complete integration with Q2A and option for users to choose email/onsite notice for each action (like we have in Facebook and other platforms) is missing.
2. Reject Posts with Reason: When moderation is enabled and posts are rejected the asking user can see the violated rule. This feature is now in facebook groups where a group owner can create up to 10 rules and while a post is rejected one or more such rules can be selected as reason.

If someone has a good way to handle these using current plugins please let me know.
