If there are not yet answers and the answer box is shown, clicking the ANSWER button will hide it.

For example: https://www.question2answer.org/qa/88832/how-to-add-infinite-scroll-in-q2a-site - when you click the Answer button, it should put the cursor on the textarea instead of hiding it.

It's not a bug. The toggle button is designed that way. It's the expected behavior.
