Is there any reason for that design? I don't see any real need to remove the answer form from the page at any point.
It's been messing up on my site because I want the answer form at the bottom, but if a user clicks "answer" on the question it closes the box, off-screen. And then when you do submit an answer, it appears back at the top again...
