I try to make a questiion as a anonymous but dont see CAPTCHA.
Same here, I'm using the last version 1.5.1
it was quite simple! You have to register your captcha and set public and private keys. Go to reCaptcha installs then go to reCaptcha homepage and generate the keys and save them on your QA.
Worked for me.
