How to show related question in advance theme , inside the answer content

 Admin > LAyout > Add related question widget > Main area - Bottom

Not sure where exactly in the answer content that you are trying show. But you can override a_list function or a_item_main function. You will copy the simplified code in Q2A related plugin, and put it inside a_list function or a_item_main function.
