Is it possible to add response form in the page ?

I would like to know if it is possible to add a light response form directly in the question page, like StackOverflow, allowing users to easily answer to a question.

If you mean the static answer form, then yes, the setting is in "admin/viewing" as "Show answer form immediately:".  If you mean the ajax comment form then you can use the plugin I created:

but it's new, I haven't done lots of tests and it might act unexpectedly at times.
