I tried to register on my site with another email after registration but I didn't received any message

I just installed Q2A but I didn't received any messages after I tried to register as a user on the site. I actually know there are some settings I still need to look into. Pls guide me through I didn't receive any message after I register on my site. Thanks

This may be related to DKIM / DMARC records. You need to set them in right way so your domain messages delivered successfully. Im not sure for 100%, but i had an issue with those records earlier. Try to look around this.
