How to add more information to a 'tag' page?

We can easily do it with category.

But because tag is randomly created by users, so it's not a default option.

But I really want to change tag pages, so it could be like topic page in Quora.

A tag page has the url like this https://domain.com/tag/abcdefg

I would like to add more information, even in a hard way, like this

{
