Need plugin blacklist

The user blocks another user, and does not see his questions and answers. I think it will be a very useful plugin. There were many requests for it, but no one has ever implemented this for the whole time q2a existed. Many users in small communities conflict and just leave it, this would be a great solution to this problem.
Organize a fundraiser for this, I see that more and more people are abandoning q2a due to insufficient functionality and insufficient support for non-developers, which is very bad.

This is not so easy to be made as a plugin because filtering of contents is not possible without core hack.

I think the plug-in Advanced Blocker by Jacksiro might get pretty close to your request. Maybe if you drop him a line he might also implement the missing features for you on short notice.
