Issue while adding recaptcha on "Ask Question" Form

Hi QA Team,

I am facing issues while adding anti-spam verification captcha on my QA app in the "Ask Question" section. I have enabled the ReCaptcha plugin and integrated the keys where I have enabled the following options:

• Use captcha for user registration
• Use captcha on reset password form
• Use captcha on feedback form
• Use captcha module as reCAPTCHA

Still, Recaptcha is not showing under the "Ask Question" form. Appreciate if anyone provide me pointer to fix this.
