What leads to URLs/query strings such as the following being generated?

- https://example.com/register?to=135/test-question-1

- https://example.com/login?to=162/test-question-2

- https://example.com/72/test-question-3?show=111

If '/register', '/login' are disallowed in robots.txt, how will that affect such URLs during SEO?

it doesn't affect anything or at least on my site it doesn't

 It seems the URL is not SEO friendly. I guess, you have to optimized to make SEO friendly.

If '/register', '/login' are disallowed in robots.txt, how will that affect such URLs during SEO?

Register and Login page are won't appear in Search Engine.
