How can I solve this problem ?

Question 1

Recently I have changed my hosting server of my q2a site because of server problem. From old hosting server I have replaced all datas in new server. And now all files are OK but when I login in my site I am watching a blank page. I try to login again and again with different browser but I face same problem. I don't know what the error is ?

Please somebody help me to solve the problem. I can not ask or answer the questions in my site for this problem.

If I reinstall then how can restore previous questions, answers, comments, users and others....
