how can i change the admin password ?

i cant

when i enter the user and password it says it's wrong

and when i try to reset them the message doesnt reach my email

i contacted the hosting provider and the technicals and they tried to reset the password using many ways but didnt succeed

sometimes emails may deliver after some time. Do you have access to your database?. If you have you can go there and reset your password.
