Why is not top user per month resetting the points ?

The plugins Top user per month is not working properly. Today is 1 June but the plugin is showing the old result and points of the user. How can I reset the result for every month or how will the plugin show new result for each month ?

Somebody help please.....

Q2A version: 1.8.3

Have you enabled event scheduler in MySQL?

That's mentioned in the plugin and is required for the monthly point resetting.
