I want to add another "Custom HTML in side panel on every page: on the Layout page of admin

There is "Custom HTML in side panel on every page:" on the Layer page of the admin.

I want to add another just above
the Custom HTML in sidebar box on every page:

so that I can add Custom Html content above the sidebar box too.

I think that I can just copy and paste the codes but
please someone tells me which codes I need to copy and where I should paste them?

You can use an advanced theme to override the sidebar() function.
